Trained in economics and accounting, Carlo built his career exclusively at the intersection of finance and medicine.
Carlo brings decades of experience advising medical professionals through accounting, business valuations, practice acquisitions, and insurance solutions. As a former owner of a healthcare-focused accounting firm and founder of a medical insurance company, he has deep expertise in the financial and operational aspects of medical practices. At Tenet Mergers & Acquisitions, Carlo specializes in sell-side representation, valuations, and accounting advisory, offering clients a unique combination of accounting knowledge, transaction experience, and industry insight.

He also has extensive M&A experience, supporting healthcare transactions from both the buyer and seller perspectives. Bryan holds undergraduate and graduate accounting degrees from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
